Our Mission:

Twin City Harm Reduction Initiative serves the Winston-Salem area of North Carolina. Our mission is to decrease the transmission of blood-borne pathogens and bacterial infections among injecting drug users (IDU’s), substance abusers and their partners through science-based interventions so that active drug users can live as healthy as possible

We also strive to raise awareness in the Faith-Based Community by holding forums with community leaders with the goal of conducting counseling and testing at churches located in high-risk areas.
